Comment je cherche un job en Chine (1)?

Je suis revenue en Chine pour chercher du travail et pour raisons personnelles. J'ai bien sûr essayé de trouver du boulot en Chine depuis la France, cela a presque marché, et puis finalement rien, car mon chinois n'était pas assez courant pour aller dans les usines demander plein de questions aux ouvriers chinois...(je cherchais dans le domaine de l'ingénierie de l'énergie). Ils ont préféré un local.

Jusqu'au jour où une entreprise que j'avais contactée par leur site internet et basée à Shanghai m'appelle pour un entretien là-bas, sur place.

Des conseils d'expats et des forums m'indiquaient qu'il valait mieux en effet aller sur place, à moins de trouver un VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) avant.

I'm back in China to find a job here. I have tried to find a job in China from France, it almost worked, and then nothing...My Chinese wasn't good enough to be able to go by myself in some factories and ask lots of technical questions to workers (I was searching in the Energy engineering sector)...They prefered a Chinese local.

I was staying in France until the day one of the contacted company in Shanghai called me for an onsite interview.

Advice from expats and forums already told me that it was easier to find a job if you search from the aimed country, unless I could find a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise)(just in France?) before.

我回了中国拉啊啊啊！這次在上海生活一段时间。我要找關於節能建筑/能源工程师的工作。但是我知道这里已经有很多很聪明的工程师，怎么可以做他们的工作呢？ 我當然有試過從法國找一份工作，那個法中公司差一點就請我，但是好像 爲了跟工人講技術東西，我的普通話不夠流利，所以沒得到這個工作機會，他們更愿意請一個中國人。

還好，我有跟一個在上海的公司聯繫，他們要我去上海面試！我十分開心！而且，很多朋友告訴我 在中國找工作會比從法國找 容易一點。

Avant le départ, j'avais tout de même cherché dans les sites d'emplois chinois comme 51job, Zhaopin.com (un peu plus pour les seniors), ChinaHR (Version chinoise de Monster.com). J'ai contacté une dizaine d'entreprises qui cherchaient des ingénieurs...J'ai rempli toutes les fiches CV etc. (vraiment relou)...Pas de résultats probants de ce côté-là tant que j'étais en France. Mais c'est utile pour connaître les entreprises présentes en Chine.

J'ai joué avec les fils de mon réseau aussi, contacté les expats qui se trouvaient déjà sur place etc. Cela a aboutit à qqes interviews, mais pas de poste au final. C'était bien parti !

Un mois après avoir postulé sur Zhaopin.com lorsque j'étais en France, une entreprise internationale située en Chine m'a aussi contactée sur mon portable français, ce qui veut dire que ça ne les dérangeait pas d'avoir une expat (même si sous contrat local).

Before going to China, I had search jobs on Chinese recruitment websites like 51job (any kind of jobs), Zhaopin.com (more for seniors, experienced people, but you can have a try), ChinaHR (general) (Chinese version of Monster.com). I completed each time the resume on the website. I have contacted a dozens of companies that fitted in the sector I wanted, no good results from this side while I was in France. But this step is really useful to know the companies that have effective offices in China， and to go on their own website to search jobs.

I also contacted the people of my network that were more likely to be helpful (in China already, working in the sector I aimed...). It ended with some interviews, but even if at the end I didn't have a job by this way, they are always good pieces of useful information !

A month after I have applied on Zhaopin.com while I was in France, a company contacted me on my French mobile phone, that means it didn't bother them to call expats, even if at the end I would have a local contract.

飛到中國之前，我有在 那些招聘網站 找工作，如 51job (各種類的工作), Zhaopin.com (給比較有經驗的找工作人), ChinaHR(Monster.com 的中文版).我好好在每一個網站把經歷再寫幾次，我申請了十幾個有關我的類別公司的職位。我還在法國的時候，結果不是很好，但是這樣你可以知道在中國有辦公室的公司，然後在它們自己的網站申請職位。

我也有聯繫過有關我想做的專業的關係，或者已經在中國的朋友。用這個方法，我終於得到了面試。雖然總算沒得到工作，但是面試也是個好消息。

我在法國的時候，在招聘網站有申請職位。一個月之後，在中國的時候，那個公司打了我的法國電話。這表示他們不管請外國人或者本地人，兩個都可以，對我老外說也是一種好消息！

Résultats après 1 mois en Chine

Finalement, après un mois en Chine (avec 1 mois de recherche en amont), j'ai eu des entretiens par le biais :

- de contacts directs sur le site internet des entreprises en Chine (entreprise internationale);

- par les contacts de mon réseau, qui travaillent dans les entreprises que je ciblais;

- des sites de recrutement comme Zhaopin.com, en doublant la candidature sur le site internet de l'entreprise en question.

Il ne faut donc pas perdre espoir !!! En utilisant beaucoup de moyens, on peut obtenir des interviews, et je suis juste une "jeune diplômée". Je vous tiens au courant quand je trouve !

Results after one month in China

Finally, after one month in China (with at least one month of research before coming), I got interviews opportunity thanks to :

- direct contact with unknown people on the website of the (international) companies;

- by contacts of my networks that already work in the sector I aimed;

- recruitment websites such as Zhaopin, and double application on the own website of the aimed company.

So there is always hope !!! By trying lots of way, you can get interviews. I am just a "graduate", so it is a little bit harder than people with experience, in my opinion. I'll tell you more when I have found a job !

總說，我在中國已經流了大概一個月，我已經得到面試 因為:

- 在一些公司的網站有聯繫方式，他们会回复你；

- 有朋友利用關係幫我找相关專業的人，跟他們聯繫；

- 在招聘之類的網站申請了職位，也在公司自己的網站再申請一下。

這是說，找工作的时候，要试很多方法，總是會有希望的！我只是一個 畢業生，所以得到了面試的時候很開心，但是要准备好，要显示好的态度，也不要带太多期望。我找到了工作 就會跟你們分享，不要擔心！！！
